Record year for retirement home developer, manager & agent
Record revenue and sales numbers held centre stage at the recent AGM of retirement home developer and manager, Retirement Security Ltd. Progress in branding and marketing came a pretty close second though, and CEO Richard Sharples has been kind enough to remark since that, “Blue Moon have changed how we think and talk about ourselves. We are now stronger, more confident and, yes, braver.”
We’ve had such a busy year working with the fabulous Retirement Security Ltd. Definitely the good guys in a sector with its share of controversies, the RSL model centres on the running of all its developments on a not-for-profit basis, by a committee of the resident apartment owners, which makes them a joy to promote. Better still, in producing a magazine for and about the 1,500 or so apartment owners across 30 developments (or courts) we get lots of great stories and direct contact.
The last month has seen the latest edition of Court Circular land on their doormats and the delivery of an eight-item sales pack covering every aspect of buying and living in an RSL apartment.
