We incorporate brand values in the user experience, not just the look.
Having been creating responsive design websites for four years now, we’re a lot further ahead in the ‘journey’ than most. We know that responsive design demands a reinterpretation of traditional disciplines, one which allows them to be applied even when faced with a canvas which keeps changing in size, proportion and format. As users, we also like sites which make us feel in control by responding visibly and/or audibly to our touches and which tailor content to our specific desires.
We’re designers first, programmers second, so we’re not geeks. Consequently, whilst we readily use third party software for specific functions, as a rule we:
- only create bespoke responsive design websites
- seek to incorporate brand values in the user experience, not just the look
- avoid templates (and overly formulaic, simplistic designs which look like templates).
