With an average property price in excess of £10m, VanHan clients were well-heeled, even by central London standards. Originally a buying agency, the firm became active in prime residential sales and lettings. Creating a brand for VanHan which matched their elite positioning was a key step towards the successful sale of the firm to Knight Frank and the appointment of both VanHan owners as Knight Frank partners, heading up its Private Wealth service.

Outcome.

Our re-brand encompassed design principles for all digital and traditional media. Designed – and tested near-endlessly – to look good and properly reflect the branding on every device at every size, the VanHan website also incorporates a CMS and a property upload and display system. Designs in-keeping with the quality of the brand. These include 600gsm solid colour stock business cards featuring gold foil and Pantone colour applied using the traditional letterpress printing process, which indents the letters as it prints.
