Outcome.

We advised on routes to market and the extent to which the core Wacom offer should include implementation services.Our creative work for Wacom switches their earlier focus away from the (significant) savings of paperless systems, in favour of the security benefits of biometric signature technology, in which there is greater value and where Wacom enjoys a clear lead over rivals. Tangible output to date are primarily in the form of literature to support the sales team, with online communications and video to come.
